James A. Rodriguez is the President and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages. With more than 20 years of proven success in the cruise industry, James began his career with Crystal Cruises and subsequently joined Oceania Cruises in 2003 as a founding management team member. At Oceania, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing and helped build the brand in the areas of omni-channel marketing, sales, revenue management, human resources, corporate communications, guest services, new product development, sustainability, and corporate philanthropy. At Atlas Ocean Voyages, James leads the brand development and growth of the company with a keen focus on delivering transformative expedition experiences to guests.

MOSTAFA BESHIR, VICE PRESIDENT of FINANCE
Mostafa Beshir is the Vice President of Finance for Atlas Ocean Voyages. He brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality, service and consumer products industries, as well as a proven track record of building global collaborative teams, promoting revenue growth, profitability and cost control. He has successfully led finance, treasury and project management teams of industry-leading companies in the Washington, DC metro area and South Florida. Mostafa completed his MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University in 1999, became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2009 and a Certified Management Accountant in 2019.

TANYA SPRINGER, VICE PRESIDENT of SALES
Tanya Springer is Vice President of Sales for Atlas Ocean Voyages. With nearly 30 years’ experience in the cruise industry, first with Renaissance Cruises and later with Oceania Cruises, she has a keen understanding of how to market and sell upper-premium cruise vacations on intimate and luxurious ships. Her background in both cruise sales and marketing, and relationships with key decision makers in the travel industry drive her goal to make Atlas the premier choice for yachting expedition guests and their Travel Advisors. She has a passion for international travel and takes great joy in helping others experience the very best that global destinations have to offer.

CATHY KUSUMA, VICE PRESIDENT of SALES OPERATIONS
Cathy Kusuma is Vice President of Sales Operations for Atlas Ocean Voyages. With over 20 years of experience in the cruise industry from onboard roles to shore side support including travel agent partnerships and sales, she has an unapparelled drive towards agent engagement, holding roles at Holland America Line, Seabourn and Atlas Ocean Voyages, among others. She could not stay away from her heart for too long and is thrilled to return “home” in the new VP of Sales Operations role at Atlas and looks forward to working with travel professionals and accounts across the US to help boost luxury expedition cruise sales and further promote this unique yacht-style cruising brand.

BOB PRIETO VICE PRESIDENT of GUEST OPERATIONS
Bob Prieto is Vice President of Guest Operations at Atlas Ocean Voyages. He began his career in the cruise industry with Norwegian Cruise Line, going on to work with Oceania Cruises and SeaDream Yacht Club. He now brings nearly 30 years of industry expertise to Atlas’ intimate yachting expedition experience. With a background in leading sales and operations teams, as well as many years working with our Travel Partners, Bob strives to consistently exceed our guests’ expectations. His passion is helping Travel Advisors introduce intimate yachting expeditions to their clients.

COLLEEN RODRIGUEZ VICE PRESIDENT of MARKETING
Colleen Rodriguez is Vice President of Marketing for Atlas Ocean Voyages and brings nearly 30 years luxury hospitality experience to the intimate yachting expedition brand. A seasoned marketing executive, she was Vice President of Marketing for Regent Seven Seas Cruises for over 10 years and has held senior marketing roles with other luxury brands including Silversea Cruises and One&Only Resorts. At Atlas, she is responsible for developing integrated cross-channel marketing strategies to evolve the growing brand. She is passionate about small-ship cruising and enjoys sharing those experiences to inspire others to travel.
