With Academia Barilla: Into Italy Land Program, an optional shoreside experience, you can choose to extend your expedition before it begins or after it ends. Traverse the streets of Parma, Italy, to learn about its gastronomic contributions to the world. You will tour the facilities and taste the exceptional flavors of several Italian specialties created at various European Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) producers including Parmigiano Reggiano, prosciutto di Parma, and balsamic vinegar.
