Combine Africa’s wild beauty and ancient heritage with the timeless splendor of the Mediterranean.

Set off on an epic journey from the dramatic silhouette of Cape Town’s Table Mountain to the sun-drenched antiquities of Athens, with overnight stays affording rare opportunities such as golden-hour wildlife encounters on safari in South Africa and twilight temple explorations in Egypt. Begin your journey by discovering South Africa’s famed Garden Route and game reserves before sailing into the primeval beauty of Madagascar’s otherworldly baobabs and the soft white sands of the Seychelles, framed by dramatic granite boulders. Along the way, immerse yourself in the cultural tapestry of the Swahili Coast, where intoxicating spice markets and UNESCO World Heritage Sites await in Zanzibar and Mombasa. As you navigate the Indian Ocean, enjoy enrichment programs, rejuvenating spa treatments, and the camaraderie of fellow explorers during relaxing days en route to the Red Sea. Here striking desert landscapes meet monumental ancient civilizations, including rose-hued Petra near Aqaba, the colossal temples of Luxor, and Cairo’s Great Pyramids. After a daytime transit of the remarkable Suez Canal, conclude amid the whitewashed cliffside villages of Santorini and the iconic Acropolis of Athens, a fitting finale linking the ancestral realms of Africa with the cradle of Western Civilization.
