PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION CAREFULLY AS THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AS OUR GUEST AND ATLAS OCEAN VOYAGES. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION AS WELL AS CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT REPRESENT THE FULL TICKET CONTRACT.
THIS CONTRACT IS SOLELY BETWEEN YOU, OUR GUEST AND ATLAS OCEAN VOYAGES. ATLAS OCEAN VOYAGES ACTS FOR THE OWNER(S) AND OPERATOR(S) AS APPEARS ON ATLASOCEANVOYAGES.COM. YOU AGREE THAT PASSAGE ON ANY VESSEL IS GOVERNED BY AND SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS AND SETS FORTH LIMITATIONS ON THE TIME FRAME IN WHICH CLAIMS MAY BE MADE AND SUITS MAY BE FILED AGAINST A PARTICULAR VESSEL, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AGENTS AND VARIOUS OTHER THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS. YOUR FULL TICKET CONTRACT WILL BE INCLUDED IN FINAL DOCUMENTION OR REFERENCED ONLINE AT WWW.ATLASOCEANVOYAGES.COM. PLEASE NOTE IN MAKING A DEPOSIT FOR ANY VOYAGE WITH ATLAS OCEAN VOYAGES, YOU AGREE TO ALL PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
General Conditions: Upon the first to occur of receipt of the Guest’s deposit or the Guest’s receipt of a confirmation letter/invoice from Atlas Ocean Voyages, the following terms and conditions form a contract between you and Atlas Ocean Voyages with respect to the rights and obligation of you and Atlas Ocean Voyages. All bookings are subject to the cancellation provisions set forth herein, by Atlas Ocean Voyages, located at 1 E. Broward Blvd, Suite 800, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33301 USA, (954) 678-5200, and by which you agree to be bound.
This contract cannot be modified except in writing and signed by an executive corporate officer of Atlas Ocean Voyages.
Cruise Fare: Cruise Fare includes all normal shipboard services and facilities plus all non-alcoholic beverages, select wines and liquors, select shore excursion/s, gratuities for housekeeping, dining and bar staff. The Cruise Fare does not include cruise port, security, navigation, berthing, stevedoring, and baggage handling/storage charges, fuel surcharges, fees or charges imposed by governmental or quasi-governmental authorities, shore excursions may be included from time to time for promotional purposes, sightseeing or meals ashore, taxes, visa fees, laundry may be included from time to time for promotional purposes, or valet service, or any item or service whatsoever of a personal nature, such as medical treatment, expenses incurred on board or ashore in connection with medical treatment, medical condition, medical debark or spa services for which separate charges may be imposed.
All offers may not be combinable with other promotions and apply to the first two (2) Guests in the stateroom or suite and are capacity-controlled, subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Atlas Ocean Voyages reserves the right to collect the rate in effect at the time of sailing, including, but not limited to, the fact that if the Guest is on a waitlist and is subsequently confirmed, such confirmation will be subject to Cruise Fare costs in effect on the date that the voyage is confirmed. Fuel surcharges may be added at any time to defray fuel cost increases, even if the Cruise Fare has been paid in full.
For reservations made outside of 90 days from sailing, a deposit of $1000 per person for staterooms and $1500 per person for suites (Navigator, Discovery and Journey Suites) is due 3 days after the reservation is held. Final Payment is due 90 days prior to sailing.
For reservations made within 90 days of sailing full payment is due 3 days after the reservation is held.
If payment is not received, reservations will cancel.
Payments/Revisions: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks made payable to Atlas Ocean Voyages are all acceptable forms of payments. Once a deposit is made, all changes are subject to an administrative fee. Atlas Ocean Voyages accepts no responsibility for credit card processing fees independently assessed by issuing banks. None of these fees separately charged by the issuing banks accrues to the benefit of Atlas Ocean Voyages nor do they accrue to the benefit of Atlas Ocean Voyages’ credit card processing bank.
Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation penalties apply to all voyages and are based upon cruise only fare

BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE POLICY: Guests who have paid in full and cancel their applicable voyage at least 15 days or more prior to the voyage date are eligible to receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit. For bookings not paid in full, standard cancellation penalties apply. Future cruise credits are transferable and applicable to any voyage departing within one year from the original cancelled voyage date.

Please call 1.844.44.ATLAS (28527) to make changes to your booking. Atlas Ocean Voyages allows name changes up to 72 hours prior to departure.
Travel Documentation: All Guests must have passports valid for six months following disembarkation or following the last day of any post cruise land tour, whichever is later and necessary visas when boarding. It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure that they have all necessary documents to participate in the cruise or cruise tour which they have purchased, and Atlas Ocean Voyages accepts no responsibility for obtaining required visas, Atlas Ocean Voyages may advise US and Canadian Guest only of visa or other immigration requirements. Travel documents are issued approximately 30 daysprior to departure.
Physically Challenged Guests: Guests with any medical conditions(s) or special needs that may require treatment, attention or accommodation during the voyage, or need to travel with medical apparatus, including wheelchairs, motorized scooters, oxygen therapy, etc., must advise Atlas Ocean Voyages in writing at time of deposit. Please note some ports of call may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility and special arrangements may need to be made at the guest’s expense. Atlas Ocean Voyages has the right to refuse or revoke passage to anyone who, in the judgment of the ship’s physician or vessel’s Captain, is in a physical, mental or emotional condition unfit for travel or whose comfort on board may be compromised due to situations beyond the care that can be provided by Atlas Ocean Voyages. Atlas Ocean Voyages will under appropriate circumstances, permit its guests to use special equipment as noted above. Atlas Ocean Voyages staff will not be required to offer medical support, to push wheelchairs or to otherwise provide mobility assistance to guests ashore.
Responsibility: Atlas Ocean Voyages accepts no liability or responsibility, whether occasioned by railroad, motor coach, private car, boat, aircraft or any other conveyance, for any injury, damages, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, through the acts or defaults of any of any company or person, or in carrying out the arrangements of the cruise, land programs during the cruise or pre or post Cruise Tour, as a result of any cause beyond the control of Atlas Ocean Voyages. Guests specifically release Atlas Ocean Voyages from any and all claims for loss or damage to baggage or property, or from personal injuries or death, or from loss from delay, arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of any other party, such as air carriers, hotels, shore excursion operators, restaurateurs, transportation providers, medical personnel, ship owners, ship operators or other providers of services of facilities. All arrangements made for Guests with independent contractors, including medical services, are made solely for the convenience of Guests and are done at the Guest’s own risk and cost. Atlas Ocean Voyages shall not be liable for delay or inability to perform any portion of the cruise or cruise tour caused by or arising out of strikes, lockout or labor difficulties or shortages whether or not the Carrier is a party thereto, or explosion, fire, collision, standing or foundering of the vessel or breakdown or failure of or damage to the vessel or its hull or machinery or fittings howsoever and whose so ever any or the same may arise or be caused, or civil commotion, riot, insurrection, war, government restraint, requisitioning of the vessel, political disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, inability to secure or failure or supplies including fuel, Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellation by Atlas Ocean Voyages: Atlas Ocean Voyages reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a cruise or Cruise Tour or to make changes in the itinerary and hotel accommodations whenever, in its sole judgment, conditions warrant. In the event of charters of the vessels, truces, lockouts, riots or stoppage of labor from whatever cause or for any other reason whatsoever, the Owner or Operator of the vessels identified at Atlasoceanvoyages.com may, at any time, cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled cruise or cruise tour and may, but is not obligated to, substitute another vessel or itinerary and Atlas Ocean Voyages shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to Guests by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement. Atlas Ocean Voyages shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any Guest who must leave the Cruise Tour prematurely for any reason, nor shall Atlas Ocean Voyages or the owners or operators of the vessels identified at Atlasoceanvoyages.com be responsible for the lodging, meals, return transportation or other expenses incurred by such Guest.
Insurance: We highly recommend adequate personal and baggage insurance and trip cancellation insurance for all Guests. All trip cancellation policies will be strictly enforced. Atlas Ocean Voyages requires, as a condition of travel, personal travel insurance for all voyages which include port visits to Antarctica.
For Profit Entity: Notwithstanding that Atlas Ocean Voyages, at the Guest’s option, arranges air travel, hotel accommodations, ground transfers, shore excursions and other services with independent suppliers of services, it should be understood that Atlas Ocean Voyages, being a “for profit entity,” earns a profit on the sale of optional services.
Sellers of Travel Laws: Atlas Ocean Voyages is exempt from the Sellers of Travel laws of Florida, California and other similarly situated jurisdictions based upon its status as a common carrier/ocean carrier.

“On Your Way” Offer Terms & Conditions:
EUROPE, CARIBBEAN, SOUTH AMERICA:
Voyages departing July 28, 2021 – November 11, 2021, receive:
Complimentary roundtrip air upgrade from Economy to Business Class Air* for guests booked in Horizon Deluxe Staterooms or higher. Guests booked in Adventure Staterooms, Veranda or Veranda Deluxe Staterooms receive complimentary roundtrip air upgrade from Economy Air to Economy Plus*. Guests wishing to sail cruise only will receive a $500 per person air credit.
All bookings receive a $500 per person “Adventure Ashore Credit” to be applied to any land program purchased before the departure date; priority access to land programs will be given to guests booking “ON YOUR WAY” offer (land programs are space limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis). Any unused portion is not refundable nor redeemable onboard.
All bookings also receive a $200 per person onboard credit applicable to all onboard purchases.
Singles paying 200% are eligible to receive the per person promotion x2. Singles paying a Single Supplement will receive the per person, applicable credit(s).
Voyages departing November 19, 2021 – March 22, 2022, receive:
Complimentary roundtrip Business Class Air* for guests booked in Suites. Guests booked in an all remaining categories receive complimentary roundtrip Economy Air*. Guests wishing to sail cruise only will receive a $300 per person air credit, regardless of stateroom category.
All bookings will receive a $200 per person “Use As You Choose” credit, which can be applied to pre-purchase land programs, onboard items, or used towards final payment. Priority access to land programs will be given to guests booking the “ON YOUR WAY” offer (land programs are space limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis).
Singles paying 200% are eligible to receive the per person discount x2. Singles paying a Single Supplement will receive the per person, applicable credit(s).
*Roundtrip Airfare Details:
Roundtrip Business Class air is for the Intercontinental portion of flights. Roundtrip Economy Plus is subject to airline conditions, availability, and routing.
Effective July 1, 2020, all Atlas Ocean Voyages are ‘All Inclusive All The Way’ including free intercontinental roundtrip airfare from these select gateways: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Montreal, New York City (JFK), Toronto, Orlando, Phoenix, San Francisco, Vancouver, and Washington (Dulles). Airfare is available from all U.S. and Canadian gateways for an additional charge. Airline fees, surcharges, and government taxes are extra. Specific airlines, departure dates, and air schedules will be available for an additional air customization fee. Transfers are included in Airport to Ship to Airport.
On Your Way Bookings – Reduced Deposit, Free Changes, and Cancellation Details:
Receive 50% off Standard Deposit.
A $750 per person Deposit on Navigator, Discovery, and Journey Suites is required (Standard Deposit is $1,500 per person).
A $500 per person Deposit on Horizon Deluxe, Veranda Deluxe, Horizon, and Veranda, and Adventure Staterooms is required. (Standard Deposit is $1,000 per person).
Voyage’s final payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date.
Guests who have paid in full and cancel their applicable voyage at least 15 days or more prior to the voyage date are eligible to receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit. For bookings not paid in full, standard cancelation penalties apply. Future cruise credits are transferable and applicable to any voyage departing within one year from the original canceled voyage date.
Guests may make Free Unlimited changes to their voyage up until 30 days before departure.
“ON YOUR WAY” offer applies to new full-fare bookings on select sailings starting August 26, 2020, for 1st and 2nd guests only. Combinable only with Atlas Ocean Voyages Group Program; not combinable with any other marketplace promotion. Deposits for all bookings (Individual & Groups) must be made no later than October 31, 2020, to receive the “ON YOUR WAY” offer. Promotions are subject to availability. All offers are capacity controlled and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Back-to-Back Savings Offer Terms & Conditions:
Sail on 2 or more consecutive voyages and earn up to 5% savings on the 2nd voyage when placed on the same booking.
Offers applicable to all full-fare bookings made and deposited 11 March 2020 to 30 September 2020. Combinable with all current promotions. Back-to-Back Savings offers are applicable to 1st and 2nd guests per suite or stateroom only. Applicable on all 2021 and 2022 sailings. Promotions are subject to availability, and subject to change at Atlas Ocean Voyages’ sole discretion.
Military Service Discount Offer Terms & Conditions:
Special pricing for military service members applies to 1st and 2nd guests only, new individual bookings only, and is not combinable with groups or other discounts or promotions.
Single occupancy bookings are eligible for discount.
At least one guest in the suite or stateroom must be an active, reserved or retired member of the United States Military.
Guests must provide a valid U.S. military ID number to be eligible for the discount.
This offer applies to new bookings only as of September 30, 2020. Existing bookings cannot be cancelled and rebooked with this offer.
