‘Top Chef’ Winner Sylwia Stachrya to Join Atlas Ocean Voyages Epicurean Expedition Sailing

Atlas Ocean Voyages, the leader in yacht expedition cruising to remote destinations and Europe’s most sought-after ports, has announced “Top Chef Poland” winner Sylwia Stachrya will be featured aboard the 12-night World Navigator from Nice to Rome departing May 29, 2023.

The latest addition in Atlas Ocean Voyages 2023 Epicurean Expedition season, the itinerary explores the French and Italian Rivieras, calling on the marquee and boutique ports in the region, including overnights in Monaco, Livorno (Florence/Pisa), Bonifacio (Corsica), and Civitavecchia (Rome). During the expedition, Chef Stachrya will collect and prepare local produce with guests, demonstrate her favorite ‘Top Chef’ dishes, share insight into the rich culinary bounty of the region, and more.

Winner of “Top Chef Poland” and the only contestant from the Poland competition to go on to “Top Chef World All-Stars 2023”, Chef Sylwia Stachyra is considered the most influential woman in the Polish hospitality industry. She created CookShe, a cooking school and consultancy that offers workshops, training, recipes, food design, and more. Chef Stachyra trained at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill studied at Bournemouth College, and achieved the highest chef’s degree – NVQ3.
