New World Traveller Expedition Ship to Feature Seaspa by L’Occitane

Atlas Ocean Voyages and L’OCCITANE en Provence are proud to announce that SeaSpa by L’OCCITANE will be featured on board Atlas’ luxurious, yacht-style World Traveller. Guests will be able to opt from a holistic and sensorial menu to perfectly complement their exciting and awe-inspiring shoreside experiences. All staterooms and suites will also feature complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap by L’OCCITANE. The 200-guest ship enters service on November 21, 2022.

At 9,930 GRTs, the intimate World Traveller will cater to curious travelers who seek awe-inspiring experiences in less-trodden, remote reaches as well as iconic, worldwide ports of call. To reduce impact on the environment the ship features the most advanced waste management system in the cruise industry. Moreover, a hybrid hydro-jet propulsion system that allows the ship to cruise virtually silent up to five knots minimizes underwater noises that can stress marine wildlife. Additionally, the ship uses a GPS-based Dynamic Position System to avoid the need to drop anchor, preventing damage to the ocean floor.

Award-winning L’OCCITANE treatments combine ingredients from Provence, France – that are certified in origin – with exclusive, hand-performed sequences.

SeaSpa by L’OCCITANE measures 947 square feet (88 m2) and features two massage, body- and skin-care treatment rooms, infrared sauna and a Serenity Lounge with plush, ocean-view loungers. The spa is perfumed with Relaxing Pillow Mist, a L’OCCITANE signature scent.
