Atlas Ocean Voyages Announces Strategic Appointments Across Commercial and Sales Teams
Atlas Ocean Voyages has expanded its commercial team with the recent appointments of three veteran cruise industry professionals whose expertise will support the company’s continued growth, trade partner engagement and luxury market positioning.
Joining the organization are Rod Gadala as Vice President of Revenue Management, Nicole Aguirre as Regional Sales Director, South-Central U.S., and Dorothea Stratoudakis as Director, Charter & MICE Operations.

Rod Gadala
Vice President, Revenue Management
Reporting to James Rodriguez, President and CEO, Gadala recently joined the company as Vice President of Revenue Management, where he leads the Revenue Management team and is responsible for driving pricing strategy, inventory optimization, forecasting and overall revenue performance across the business. A respected commercial executive with more than two decades of cruise industry experience, Gadala has built a distinguished career leading revenue management, financial planning and commercial strategy initiatives for some of the industry’s most recognized brands. His background includes senior leadership positions with SeaDream Yacht Club, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Silversea Cruises and Carnival Cruise Line, where he developed and executed data-driven strategies that enhanced profitability, improved forecasting accuracy and supported long-term growth objectives. His expertise in revenue optimization and strategic planning will play a key role in maximizing commercial performance and supporting the company’s continued expansion in the luxury expedition cruise market.
Nicole Aguirre
Regional Sales Director, South-Central U.S.
Reporting to Kelly Popovski, Senior Director, Field Sales, Aguirre recently joined the company as Regional Sales Director for the South-Central United States, where she is responsible for strengthening relationships with travel advisor partners and expanding the company’s presence throughout the region. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Aguirre brings more than 15 years of sales leadership experience spanning both the cruise and luxury wine sectors. During her nine-year tenure with Norwegian Cruise Line, she established a reputation for building high-performing partnerships and driving consistent revenue growth across multi-state territories. She further expanded her expertise through eight years in luxury wine sales, where she cultivated strategic relationships and developed successful market expansion initiatives. Known for her relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of the advisor community, Aguirre will focus on supporting travel partners throughout the region while advancing the company’s trade-first sales strategy.
Dorothea Stratoudakis
Director, Charter & MICE Operations
Reporting to Robert Cao, Vice President of Charter & MICE, Stratoudakis recently joined the company as Director of Charter & MICE Operations, where she oversees the operational planning and execution of charter, incentive and meetings programs. A highly respected cruise industry professional with decades of experience across charter, incentive and group operations, Stratoudakis brings extensive expertise in strategic program management, event execution, workflow development and guest experience delivery. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions with industry-leading organizations including Royal Caribbean International and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, earning a reputation for operational excellence, collaborative leadership and flawless execution of complex programs. In her new role, she will work closely with travel partners, direct accounts and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of charter and MICE experiences while supporting continued growth in this increasingly important segment of the business.
