Oct 27    Gatun Lake, Panama Canal   Arrive: 8:00PM OVERNIGHT
Gatun Lake, Panama Canal

The more-than-a-century-old Panama Canal continues to amaze and inspire. As you transit southbound through this remarkable achievement, your ship crosses Gatun Lake, the largest man-made one in the world at the time it was built. The Gatun Locks are the closest locks to the Atlantic Ocean. They have three chambers that raise or lower your ship (depending on the direction of your transit) a total of 85 feet.
